Sehr neue Wohnug, die gerade umstrukturiert geworden ist, liegt am Ersten Stock in Marina Di Torre Suda, Appartamento la Randa ist eine sehr bequeme Wohnung die innerlich aus einem großen Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer besteht mit Schlafbettcouch, eine Küche woraus man an einen Balkon eintritt. Durch den Flur bekommt man an ein sehr neues Badezimmer mit Dusche und an die zwei Schlafzimmer: ein Ehebettzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer (Betten können sich einigen). In eine gedeckte Veranda mit Holz Tisch Stuhle, und Barbecue kann man gemütlich essen oder sich auch nur an der frische Luft entspannend. Appartamento la Randa, entfernt nur 300 mt von der Flache Felsige Küste, liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, nur 5/10 auto Minuten weit von den Sandstrände von Lido Pizzo/Gallipoli und Torre S.Giovanni und aus die meisten Vergnügen.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1)-   Reservations
Property reservations become effective after the deposit acceptance, about the 30% of the rental cost of the entire agreed period. The contract, as well as the rental cost, specifies also the property typology and the weekly rent. In the calculation of the period of stay, the number of days is the same of the number of overnight stays.  

2)-   Rates
The agreed price includes the accommodation in good conditions, furnished according to its category and to the number of beds, completed with house furnishings, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, gas cooker, refrigerator, pillows, the average consumption of gas, water, electricity (with the following exclusions), taxes and commissions, final cleaning. The electricity charge is excluded from the agreed price for properties equipped with air conditioning and/or with swimming pool and/or large gardens with exclusive use. The electricity amount will be computed at the end of the stay, at € 0,40/Kwh according to the real consumption during the stay. Small repairs will be at the Agency’s expense, except in cases of a non-correct use of the rented good by the guest. The tenant commits to use with care the rented good and will be responsible of damages or breakages that must be promptly communicate to the Agency. The price does not include: bed sheets, table cover, napkins and linens. The rates may not include new contingent governmental or regional taxes.

3)-   Property availability
The tenant can pick up the keys by the Agent and/or by the property referred to above, from the 17,00 to the 20,00 of the first day of the stay and should leave them from the 7,00 to the 10,00 a.m. of the last day of the stay. Late check-in or early check – out must be previously agreed. The tenant that won’t show at the booked property within the 17,00 of the agreed day, without any opportune communication, is intended to be rejecting the contract and the Agent, in the name of the Mandator, can rescinds the contract, detaining the deposit and considering the availability of the property, reserving the right to recuperate the balance by legal process.
In case of late check – in or early check - out, any refund is due.

4)-   Modality
The guest is required to provide the documents and to pay the balance of the agreed amount, to declare the number and generalities of all guests in the property. The sublet or guests in excess, are strictly prohibited. In these cases, the breach of contract will occurred.

5)-   Security deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit is required for any damages caused to the furniture or items of furnishing (of the subject premises). Any dissimilarity will be recognized only if declared within the 12.00 of the day next to the arrival. The security deposit is requested to be paid upon arrival and will entirely refund if there’s not any damages to the property. In case of early check - out, the security deposit will be refund by mail service save for postal charges.

6)-   Responsibilities
The Direction of Domus Agency declines any responsibility during the stay of its own clients for any event, injury or damages or for any loss of personal objects in the premises. As well, the direction of Domus Agency is not responsible for any services interruption due to force majeure causes (strikes, adverse weather conditions, military events, civil and military riots, revolutions, natural disasters, technical damages or similar). Therefore, any extra charge will be refund, as well as any refund won’t be provided in case of forced suspension of the services. Any dispute will be settled by the Court of Lecce.

7)-   Cancelations
If the cancellation takes place, also due to majeure force causes, 30 days before the beginning of the stay, no refund is provided for.
If the cancellation takes place, also due to majeure force causes, less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the client is required to pay the balance, as agreed at the moment of the booking confirmation.

8)-   Advisory Notice
The articles and the clauses referred to above can be modified in case of new national or regional laws enter in force, without any rejection or claim for who booked a reservation. The property will ben rent only for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The agency could, upon communication and during the stay, show the property to other clients. In case of a lease in a collective building, the tenant must comply, as occupier of the premises, with the current internal regulations, and the silence hours from 13.00 to 16.00 and from the 23.00 to 8.00. Pets are not allowed, without explicit permission.
